Adore Decor products are a carefully curated collection from all over the world inspired by travel.

You have sent me the wrong item

In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please contact us on our contact page immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly & efficiently:  

– Your order number

– The name of the item you did not receive

– The name of the item you received in its place

– A clear photograph of the item you have received 

Once we’ve received the above info, our Customer Support team will get this sorted for you ASAP! 

What currency do you use?

All prices are in USD. If you are using a credit card with alternate currency, the conversion will be done by your bank. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout.

We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Will multiple products be shipped separately?

Due to the size of most home decor products, it is common for products to be shipped separately. If you ordered multiple items, please allow a couple of days for the rest of your order to arrive. 

How long will it take to get my order?

Processing will take 2-5 business days from the time of your order. Shipping times vary depending on the country.

Shipping is approximate:  8-25 Business Days

* Please note that the majority of our products will arrive within a 10 business day time frame after the product has been processed and shipped. Some variability may cause the shipment to take as long as 15-25 business days depending on the location of shipment, security, customs and processing. This excludes any notification of public events such as the epidemic etc. 

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers and local courier partners. 

Do you have a warranty?

Adore Decor is always committed to ensuring great customer service and positive experience. We are more than pleased to offer our customers a 1-Year warranty on product malfunctions. 

This guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece unless intentionally damaged.

Due to the nature of home decor, this does not cover fading, tearing or other damaged caused by miss-use or excessive exposure to the elements. 

In the event Adore Decor no longer carries the product, you will be permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value. There is no full refund/partial refund entitled to this. 

Simply go to contact us page along with your name, order number. You will be needed to send this item back to us to investigate and fix. The buyer is also fully responsible to pay the full cost of their shipment fee to send to us. 

Can I return my product?

Affiliate / Wholesale / Dropship business?
